LAUNDRY ROOM RENOVATIONS: The laundry rooms will close for ten days, beginning on Monday, February 23rd. The laundry rooms will reopen by the end of the day on Thursday, March 5th. During that time the current washers and dryers will be removed, the rooms will be renovated, and new equipment will be installed. Both buildings are switching laundry room vendors from Hercules to Aces Laundry.
Please note that after February 22, 2026, the Hercules payment cards will no longer work on the new equipment. Every apartment will receive an Aces Laundry payment card with registration instructions. All apartments will receive a one-time $5 credit when they register.

Below are the instructions for obtaining a refund for credit stored on the Hercules payment cards. Shareholders must mail their laundry card to Hercules to obtain a refund. We will send out a reminder to residents in February about the upcoming renovation and include the instructions for redeeming money from Hercules for their card balances.
