Garbage: Compost containers for both 310 and 312 buildings are located in the laundry room. Recycling cardboard and paper goods in 310 is located in laundry room. Recycling of glass, plastic, foil, and metal should be placed in the plastic bag attached in the trash chute closet on each floor. In 312 all recycling is located on each floor in the compactor room. The trash chute itself is for household items only and must be placed in tightly closed bags.
Roof terrace 312 building only: Sunday thru Thursday; open from 10AM- 11PM; Friday thru Saturday open from 10am-midnight.
No glass allowed. No pets allowed. Clean-up is required before leaving terrace; Noise restrictions; Be sure to not have loud music or other noise that could disturb neighbors in both buildings as well as the neighbors. Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult. Guests allowed accompanied by resident. No exercise or other equipment allowed. The 310 building is off limits due to private skylights.
Laundry: Laundry rooms are open 24/7. Please remember to empty lint before using dryers.
